Security Service Engineer

Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year

Requirements:

• Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices and smartphones
• Confident IT skills, including using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel to complete reports, timesheets and asset registers
• Good customer service skills for dealing with our high-end clients
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards

Responsibilities:

• Maintain CCTV, intruder and access control systems
• Deliver high-calibre customer service
• Assist with completing on-site documentation for customer files
• Undertake continuous training to support professional development
• Complete other related duties as required
