Security Assurance Solutions Architect

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need experience in risk management and internal audit, including performing risk assessments and audits, designing controls, managing enterprise control frameworks, and prioritizing risk.
• We need a bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Security, or another related field.
• We need experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements such as security, privacy, SOX, and HIPAA.
• We need 2+ years of experience advising customers on architectures that meet industry standards and regulations such as NIST 800-53 and GDPR.
• Preferred: experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Preferred: CISSP, CISA, CISM, GCIH, GSEC, Security+, CPA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent risk, audit, or compliance credentials.
• Preferred: experience performing security assessments and information system audits of network, operating systems, application security, and IT processes.
• Preferred: demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• We work with Amazonians, partners, and customers to enhance security assurance and compliance programs.
• We define innovative compliance and risk management approaches that help customers move sensitive workloads to the cloud faster.
• We resolve security assurance questions and help manage risk and achieve compliance in the AWS Cloud through deep-dive discussions, strategic presentations and recommendations, and hands-on demonstrations of compliance automation.
• We convey partner and customer feedback to AWS engineering, support, and business teams as input to technology roadmaps.
• We may travel to customer sites as needed.
