Job Description

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces, ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other systems-focused domains.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, service communication, widgets, and developer hubs; able to understand how technical architecture affects design.
  • Systems thinking and understanding of how identity systems, compliance requirements, and scale constraints shape enterprise user experiences.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear direction and make progress without waiting for perfect clarity.
  • Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Experience designing workflows centered on trust, transparency, and user control, including workflows for AI-driven outputs.
  • Ability to use user and customer feedback to meet real needs, particularly for enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
Responsibilities:
  • Own our Enterprise product surface end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery and iteration, making independent decisions and engaging the right stakeholders.
  • Design governance and compliance systems that give administrators, legal teams, and compliance officers control and transparency, including permissions, role hierarchies, audit logs, workspace setup, identity workflows, licensing, billing, analytics, and reporting.
  • Partner with Engineering to account for technical constraints and possibilities, including APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and backend systems.
  • Drive pragmatic iteration by scoping work, building proofs of concept, and incorporating feedback from enterprise customers.
  • Set a design vision for our Enterprise product surface and influence adjacent areas to maintain a coherent mental model across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing.
  • Set product direction, influence roadmap decisions, shape opportunities with Product and Engineering leaders, and raise the bar for enterprise design.
