Product Management Support

Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working with ERP systems and business data, with competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Highly organised and analytical with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn
• Able to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities, managing multiple priorities independently
• Preferably experienced with STEP or similar Product Information Management systems, product management, product support, or project coordination
• Ideally exposed to a manufacturing or technical environment with knowledge of product lifecycle processes

Responsibilities:

• Maintain product master data within ERP and STEP systems, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and up to date
• Support Technical Product Managers with administration of product portfolios, product changes, and lifecycle activities
• Coordinate product-related projects, including new product introductions, product changes, and portfolio improvement activities
• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, technical drawings, and product information
• Provide first-line technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, escalating complex matters appropriately
• Support investigation and resolution of product-related customer issues in conjunction with Quality and Product Management teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes, systems, and data quality
