Principal Cybersecurity Architect

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on practical experience with zero-trust cybersecurity architecture that has applicability and reusability across business functions and systems
• Expertise in one or more programming languages
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices
• Advanced knowledge in network security, identity management, and access management
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines, such as public cloud, AI/ML, or mobile
• Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines
• Ability to present and effectively communicate with senior leaders and executives
• Understanding of the business and knowledge of the latest risk trends in internal and external environments
• Practical cloud-native experience
• Experience leading a product as a product owner or product manager
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams

Responsibilities:

• Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target-state cybersecurity and improvements to current cybersecurity parameters
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities
• Create complex and scalable secure application and infrastructure architecture frameworks on heterogeneous environments, including public cloud, for new system design patterns and process templates
• Develop secure, high-quality, production-ready code to create proof-of-concept security solutions
• Serve as the functions go-to subject matter expert and drive thought leadership within the product line
• Contribute to the development of technical methods in cybersecurity in line with the latest product development methodologies
• Create durable, reusable security architecture patterns that improve security, velocity, and quality of output across teams and functions
