Power Apps Developer

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for experience applying data analytics in a relevant, similar sector.
• We require deep experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, and excellent Power BI skills.
• Were looking for strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• We require excellent business acumen and the ability to connect analytics to measurable business outcomes.
• Python and SQL experience would be beneficial, but is not required.
• Were looking for solid knowledge of ETL, ETL design patterns, data warehousing and data governance.
• We value a problem-solving mindset and familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AI/ML platforms.
• We require current security clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance.
• Ideally, youll hold an HNC, HND or degree in a data subject, engineering, IT or a similar discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Work with directors and project managers to define scope, technical requirements, success criteria and delivery plans.
• Elicit and translate business and technical requirements into data, integration and solution specifications.
• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines and data models, and take ownership of data quality, lineage and documentation.
• Build and operationalise predictive analytics and automated processes, ensuring they are monitored and maintainable.
• Develop high-impact reports and self-service solutions using Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and optimisation.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver business apps and flows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and prepare presentations and demonstrations.
• Support project managers and leadership by removing technical blockers, estimating effort and tracking delivery.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, providing consultancy input and recommendations.
