Platform Engineer

Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year

• We want deep experience with both Azure and AWS, as well as Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
• We want experience building and deploying containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, supported by strong CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• We want proficient knowledge of networking and cloud security.
• We want someone who excels at working directly with clients and stakeholders, confidently handling requirements gathering, technical planning, and scoping.

Responsibilities:

• Build robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure for AI and ML workflows.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders from initial idea generation through to implementation and shipping.
• Enable Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists by contributing to internal best practices, standards, and reusable code repositories.
• Proactively identify and recommend new ways our customers can leverage cloud infrastructure to solve their key challenges.
• Create and maintain reusable, company-wide libraries and infrastructure-as-code.
• Research and integrate the best open-source technologies to enhance our infrastructure capabilities.
