Partner Upskilling Lead

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience working with global agency ecosystems
• Experience working on our Ads products and media services
• Experience collaborating effectively across global teams and different cultural landscapes
• Effective communication, people management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership
• Exceptional critical-thinking skills when addressing ambiguous problems
• Demonstrated problem-solving and execution skills

Responsibilities:

• Define the regional enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a global product priority or area by auditing partner, product, and service delivery gaps, identifying priority capability areas, and designing targeted learning to bridge skill gaps
• Work with regional partner delivery managers to deliver training and govern the certification process, maintaining a reliable pipeline of independent, product-ready agencies and partners
• Partner with gTech Ads, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to design and deploy service package bundles for agencies in support of annual goals
• Foster cross-functional relationships to build trust, manage expectations, and increase demand for our services
• Lead projects that support our teams distributed culture and large-scale internal operations, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
