Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for candidates with knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office/O365, Teams, AD, ServiceNow, Network, Citrix, Zoom, and Skype for Business.
  • We require experience with MacBook OS (up to 3 generations), JAMF, In-Tune, and iOS devices.
  • We need excellent troubleshooting skills and strong customer service skills.
  • We are seeking demonstrable experience providing face-to-face and remote technical support to business end users of all levels of seniority.
  • We require a high level of proficiency using ITSM and CMDB tools such as ServiceNow to capture and manage incidents and requests.
  • We value experience working in a small team of technical operatives managing shared work queues and bookable scheduling systems.
  • We need strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information and articulate clearly to business users at all levels.
  • ITIL Foundation, Service Operations, and ServiceNow Practitioner certification are desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • We help and support end users both in the office and remotely with their software and hardware needs, including advice and training to improve efficiency.
  • We work at the Tech Bar, local workstations in Deloitte offices, and external event venues to support users with technology issues.
  • We may provide out-of-hours business support for major incidents, business-critical support, testing, and infrastructure activities.
  • We accurately record and update incidents and service requests in ServiceNow and follow the relevant SLAs.
  • We manage support queues, prioritise tasks, and keep users informed in a timely manner.
  • We maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • We set up, configure, and maintain devices such as Windows PCs, Apple Macintosh devices, mobile devices, and printers, and we use remote connectivity tools.
  • We keep the CMDB updated with correct asset statuses for our office location and practitioners.
  • We may travel to other Deloitte offices in the UK to support events or cover colleagues.
  • We conduct regular checks of IT/AV equipment and support IT/AV setups for events and meetings.
  • We maintain IT stock levels, refresh devices to ensure compliance, and arrange disposal or collection of end-of-day devices.
  • We follow procedures and work efficiently with our systems and processes.
  • We collaborate with other IT services departments to maintain quality and teamwork.
  • We help ensure our IT security meets the necessary compliance standards.
