Manager - Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, or both, and the ability to translate business needs into practical cloud solutions.
• Financials expertise may include general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management, expenses, tax, procurement, projects, financial reporting, or Cloud Accounting Hub.
• Human capital management expertise may include core human resources, payroll, recruiting, talent, performance, learning, benefits, absence, time and labour, helpdesk, or workforce compensation.
• Confident communication, workstream leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• An inclusive, collaborative leadership style, sound judgement, commercial awareness, and confidence working in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, reporting and analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, BI Publisher, data migration, security and controls, managed services, or global and multi-country deployments is valuable.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications and experience in public services, financial services, utilities, telecommunications, or large enterprise transformation programmes are welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Fusion implementation, optimisation, and transformation engagements.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions that support clear business objectives.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and shape future-state processes.
• Manage blended delivery teams and support programme governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide testing, cutover, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Contribute to proposals and client presentations, develop colleagues, and help strengthen our Oracle practice.
