Salary: £44,000 - 76,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience integrating complex, cross-functional transformations involving multiple delivery teams and dependencies across client, operational, technology, data, people and control change.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain integrated plans, critical paths, and clear views of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Experience leading through influence and creating shared accountability across teams without relying on direct authority.
  • Skill in designing, implementing and managing practical governance, facilitating decisions, and bringing clarity and momentum to complex delivery environments.
  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI-driven capabilities, including agents, workflow orchestration, data and the platforms needed to deploy them at scale.
  • Strong understanding of technical and operational interdependencies and how to translate them into clear delivery implications for varied audiences.
  • Strong understanding of how integrated delivery translates into customer value, operational performance, efficiency and sustainable benefits.
  • Experience coordinating readiness across people, process, technology, data and controls, balancing pace, scope, resources, risk and quality against clear entry, exit and success criteria.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and align senior leaders across business, operations, journey, product, engineering, data, architecture, risk and change.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex plans, dependencies and trade-offs as clear narratives and actionable choices, while constructively challenging and influencing others.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain the integrated Platform plan, translating its ambition into mobilisation and implementation plans connecting outcomes, milestones, dependencies, resources and decision points across workstreams.
  • Create a transparent view of progress, critical paths, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, outcomes and benefits to focus leadership attention, decision-making and action.
  • Bring business, operations, journey, product, engineering, data, architecture, risk, control and change colleagues together around shared outcomes and an executable delivery sequence.
  • Embed Data, Analytics and AI capabilities into client and colleague journeys to improve experiences and business performance.
  • Identify gaps, overlaps and competing priorities across teams, facilitate decisions and drive actions through to resolution.
  • Establish effective working rhythms, governance and decision-making pathways that enable pace while maintaining accountability and control.
  • Prepare concise, evidence-based updates and recommendations for senior leaders, making complex delivery interdependencies easy to understand.
  • Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data, controls and communications so capabilities can move successfully into live operation.
  • Continuously improve Platform operations by applying delivery learning to strengthen integration, pace and scalability.

You will work across business, product, data, AI and technology, helping lead the migration of data capabilities to the cloud, build trusted data foundations and unlock AIs potential. The role is full time and based in Bristol, with hybrid working requiring at least two days per week or 40% of your time in our Bristol office.
