Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expert in JavaScript development.
• Experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to run workshops and present ideas to clients at all levels.
• Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects or engagements simultaneously.
• Confidence in overcoming obstacles and adapting quickly to changing client priorities.
• Willingness to travel nationally in the UK when required, often at short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Join the development team and contribute throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Play a vital role in crucial projects while prioritising initial engagements with brand-new clients.
• Lead and shape new propositions.
• Help win work that enhances our clients reputation and integrity as experts in innovation.
• Drive the execution of work with our clients.
• Act as an integral point of contact with our clients.
• Clearly acknowledge business strategies and explain how proposed solutions add value.
• Support client satisfaction.
• Participate in crucial meetings and discuss strategic obstacles as a trusted business partner.
• Work on complex products involving UX, architecture, and scaling challenges.
