ITSM Software Consultant

Salary: £34,000 - 69,000 per year

Requirements:

• Solid technical experience integrating or administering business software solutions such as ITSM, CRM or ERP systems.
• Ability to work within key business projects.
• Experience producing technical and customer-facing documentation.
• Strong time management skills with a can-do, proactive attitude.
• Team player with the ability to work within project teams both internally and within the customer environment.
• Quick learner, able to maintain a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation Certification.
• Desirable: experience or certification with the Halo platform, including HaloITSM, HaloPSA or HaloCRM.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs, build relationships and manage expectations.
• Propose solutions and deliver best practice for client business problems.
• Lead the technical delivery and configuration of customer HaloITSM, HaloCRM and HaloPSA implementations.
• Prepare and run functional design workshops.
• Create design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
• Challenge customer requirements where necessary.
• Participate in training on HaloITSM, HaloPSA and HaloCRM technology as needed.
