IT Support Associate

Salary: £60,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
• Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Experience working with Windows Server technologies.
• Preferred: experience in networking.
• Preferred: experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal employees in a technical, on-premise IT Services role.
• Provide hands-on support for PC hardware, software, and internal tooling.
• Use our internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers.
• Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company.
• Manage IT asset inventory.
