IT Engineer (German Speaking)

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Diploma or engineering degree along with MSCE or CNE qualification
• In-depth experience in end user support, including VIP support
• Experience with installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networks
• Experience with Windows Servers (200/12)
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange
• Experience with Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory
• MCP qualification
• Bilingual in English and German
• Full UK driving licence required
• Ability to travel to other European client sites

Responsibilities:

• Accurately test, identify, repair, resolve, and document end user technical issues
• Provide support for desktops, printers, handhelds, smartphones, and iPads
• Provide 1st line IT support services to the business community
• Perform infrastructure administration functions
• Provide on-site cover as part of a shift arrangement
