Head of Vision Video Telematics

Salary: £80,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience within video telematics, connected vehicles, IoT or camera-based technology
• A proven track record of leading hardware and device-focused product development
• Experience with firmware lifecycle management, device management platforms and configuration control
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the strategy, development and delivery of our video telematics portfolio
• We will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of camera hardware, firmware and connected device solutions
• We will drive product innovation across our vision technology offering
• We will oversee hardware development, manage device and firmware releases, and ensure successful deployment and support of our video telematics solutions
• We will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Senior Leadership teams
• We will help shape future vision technology capabilities
• We will lead high-performing technical teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
