• Active SC clearance is essential, with MOD SC highly desirable.
• We require an experienced Google Workspace Support Specialist for a secure enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Excellent ITSM and incident management experience.
• Advanced Google Workspace administration.
• Strong L2 Google Workspace support experience.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Meet, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• User account and application/service management experience.
• Expert-level incident and request management.
• Remedy or enterprise ITSM experience.
• Strong ITIL / ITSM process knowledge.
• Google case management experience.
• Microsoft 365 / Global Email awareness.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
• Ability to identify technical and ITIL process gaps.

We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace Support Specialist to join our secure enterprise environment in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This is an onsite contract role with a rate of £800 per day inside IR35. We operate in a hands-on Level 2 support and administration setting, and active SC clearance is essential, with MOD SC preferred. The role suits Google Workspace Administrators, Google Workspace Support Engineers, or L2 Support Specialists with strong ITSM experience who are available for an onsite contract in Stevenage.
