Enterprise Architect

Requirements:

• DV clearance, or willingness to undergo the vetting process
• Significant experience in enterprise, infrastructure, systems, or security architecture, including defining, governing, and assuring complex technical architectures in regulated, security-focused, or operationally critical environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, technology strategy, and architectural governance, with experience developing architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, and integration strategies across complex technology portfolios
• Proven ability to assess architectural risks, evaluate technical trade-offs, and review, challenge, and assure solution architectures, technical designs, and strategic technology decisions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Level 6 qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Cyber Security, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Membership of a relevant professional institution or equivalent professional standing

• Define target architectures, enterprise standards, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps to support a scalable, interoperable, and sustainable technology ecosystem
• Provide independent architectural governance and design authority
• Ensure technical solutions are secure by design, resilient, supportable, and aligned with future operating models

We are a secure government client seeking an Enterprise Architect. This is an 18-month, full-time contract paying £650 daily Inside IR35. The role is based onsite in Milton Keynes, with some overseas travel.
