Requirements:

• Strong AWS cloud engineering experience
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience designing and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Groovy or equivalent scripting skills for pipeline automation
• Experience with Docker container builds and runtime management
• NGINX experience
• Linux and Windows administration experience
• Experience with GitLab source-control workflows
• Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting using Elastic and Kibana
• Experience providing live production support and resolving third-line incidents
• Experience with environment provisioning and operational automation
• BPSS and SC clearance required

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Automate environment provisioning and routine operational processes
• Maintain Docker-based deployment and runtime patterns
• Improve platform resilience, observability and security
• Lead incident investigation, remediation and platform upgrades

We are seeking Senior DevOps Engineers to join a long-term public sector programme. The role is fully remote on a six-month rolling contract, paying £500–£520 per day inside IR35. We welcome candidates with strong AWS, Terraform, Jenkins and DevOps experience who hold SC clearance.
