Job Description

Salary: £36,500 - 64,500 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, including policies for data quality, security, and compliance
  • Experience establishing and working within a Data Office responsible for defining governance policies
  • Proficiency with data cataloguing and metadata management tools such as Collibra, Atlan, Informatica, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of data lineage, stewardship, and data quality management, including relevant tools and applications
  • Experience implementing governance controls and standards on cloud platforms such as AWS to manage data access, privacy, and compliance
  • Ability to collaborate with business, legal, security, and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certifications in cloud and data governance
  • Significant consulting experience, ideally with a leading management consulting firm
  • Proven track record delivering successful large-scale projects and measurable client impact
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep expertise in one or more sectors, such as healthcare, financial services, energy, or the public sector
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and develop new opportunities
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements, advising on areas such as business transformation, technology strategy, and innovation
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and shape innovative solutions to address client challenges, drawing on industry knowledge and consulting expertise
  • Guide, mentor, and develop consultant teams, supporting high-quality project delivery and the professional growth of junior staff
  • Contribute to thought leadership through research, publications, and presentations
  • Drive business development activities, including proposal writing, pitching, and client account management
  • Keep up to date with trends, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to client industries
