Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a Bachelors or above degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
• We need proven ability to analyse complex customer challenges and architect innovative data solutions.
• We need experience advising stakeholders on data governance, cataloguing, and data quality tools.
• We need practical understanding of hybrid software deployments, database design, data warehousing, or business intelligence concepts.
• We need strong architectural guidance skills to support compelling demos that illustrate immediate ROI and practical application.
• We need expertise in facilitating inclusive, targeted technical workshops and aligning architectural best practices with business priorities.
• We need a track record of producing clear architectural diagrams and best-practice documentation.
• We need the ability to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time, across the UK and Ireland region.
• We value prior experience partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams during the sales process.
• We value hands-on configuration or implementation experience with data governance and quality tools.
• We value architectural experience with Informatica or MuleSoft tools such as MDM, data and application integration, and APIs.
• We value in-depth knowledge of compliance mandates such as GDPR, BCBS239, and the EU AI Act.
• We value practical experience with Agentic AI and emerging generative workflows.

Responsibilities:

• We act as trusted advisors to customers, leveraging our technical expertise in data governance, cataloguing, data quality, and data infrastructure.
• We guide customers through Informatica and MuleSoft solutions.
• We work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and C-level leaders throughout the end-to-end sales cycle.
• We use our presentation and solutioning skills to navigate complex accounts.
• We align technical and architectural requirements with customer business drivers, strategy, and funding.
• We qualify opportunities and help customers realize the platforms full value.
• We support enterprise and domain architects in building an architectural vision and to-be architecture for Agentic and Data Transformation.
• We help position the value of Informatica and MuleSoft within that vision.
• We persuade senior IT executives such as CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Digital to adopt the vision.
• We complete onboarding, pair with senior teammates on customer opportunities, and get certified on core Data Foundation products.
• We lead architectural discussions with customers.
• We deliver architecture presentations tailored to client technical requirements and audience.
• We work alongside Client Solution Engineers on strategic opportunities.
• We achieve full certification across product, architecture, and sales messaging.
• We deliver a Self Service asset.
• We drive strategic account planning in partnership with Account Executives.
• We create comprehensive evaluation plans for large accounts.
• We lead tailored presentations and workshops to guide enterprise clients through their architectural journeys.
• We support marketing and evangelism initiatives through blogs, demo-driven webinars, and industry speaking engagements.
