Data & AI Strategy Senior Manager

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We require AI and data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI and data projects.
• We require high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight, or relevant industry or functional experience.
• We require experience leading senior-level C-suite conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders.
• We require an engineering problem-solver mindset and the ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems.
• We require strong program management skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We require a driven and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities.
• We require excellent leadership and people skills, including the ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
• MBA or masters degree is preferred.

• We advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data.
• We define enterprise, industry-specific, and function-specific AI and data strategy.
• We develop value cases and roadmaps.
• We shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy.
• We embed Responsible AI into the vision and roadmap.
• We lead tech-driven transformations.
• We translate complex data into actionable insights.
• We engage senior client stakeholders and lead workstreams and large-scale delivery.
• We tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• We shape vision and create opportunities for data- and AI-led business reinvention.
• We define and structure an organizations data and AI strategy to optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage.
• We assess the maturity of an organizations AI and data foundation.
• We define the building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including the technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy, and future-ready operating model.
• We create the business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
• We develop a plan for leveraging ecosystem partners and define an operating model that fosters a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• We identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• We create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
