Cyber Security Lead

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experienced cyber security professional with confidence and technical credibility as a security leader
• Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Technical knowledge of security technologies including Microsoft Sentinel, the Microsoft Defender suite, Huntress, Tenable, identity security, cloud security, and incident response capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead our cyber security strategy and roadmap, vulnerability management programme, security operations, governance frameworks, and compliance activities
• Provide technical leadership across our security technologies and incident response capabilities
• Work with the Head of IT Services, technical teams, customers, and senior stakeholders to align security with business objectives and reduce risk
• Lead major security initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, support customer engagements, and conduct complex technical investigations when required
• Lead and develop the Cyber Security Engineer role, building capability and maturity across our security function
• Drive service improvement across our cyber security services

Were hiring a Cyber Security Lead for our IT Services team, based in Hockley, with hybrid or remote working considered. This is a full-time, permanent role of 37 hours per week.
