Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience building and implementing automation, integration, or AI solutions that deliver real business value.
- Strong experience with platforms such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, or similar.
- Confidence working with APIs and integrating business systems.
- Competency in Python or a similar programming language.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to assess ROI before investing time in a solution.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from idea through to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both senior leaders and frontline teams.
- Experience with Simpro, Zoho, Microsoft 365, or Xero.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform solutions.
- Experience within an SME, engineering, facilities management, or field-service environment.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations that remove manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with teams across Estimating, Sales, Operations, Service, Accounts, and Marketing to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prioritise projects based on business value, effort required, and measurable impact.
- Leverage and optimise our existing platforms, including Simpro, Zoho, Microsoft 365, and Xero.
- Establish standards, governance, and documentation for all AI and automation solutions.
- Audit existing AI and automation tools, reducing duplication and unnecessary spend.
- Track and report business benefits including time saved, costs reduced, and capacity created.

We are Dura Pump, based in Northampton and working office-based five days per week. We provide reliable pump solutions for critical environments including hospitals, prisons, universities, and data centres. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our Managing Director, shape how we use AI and automation, and deliver visible impact in weeks rather than months.
