AI Engineer (Microsoft Stack)

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining and supporting AI solutions end to end in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Microsoft AI tools, including Foundry and Copilot
• Strong technical capability in Python
• Awareness of responsible AI, AI risk management, data protection, UK GDPR, security and compliance principles
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to turn business challenges into practical AI or automation solutions
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explaining complex ideas clearly and collaboratively
• Experience with cloud-based AI, analytics or engineering platforms; Databricks would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and embed AI capabilities that solve real business problems and support our transformation, data and AI ambitions
• Work closely with business teams, architects, security, risk and data colleagues
• Take ideas from proof of concept through to scalable, well-governed solutions
• Help build practical, secure and responsible AI solutions that make a real difference for our colleagues, customers and members
