Front-End & AI Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong front-end development experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular or similar
• A passion for creating accessible, user-focused and visually engaging digital experiences
• Knowledge of web application development, APIs and cloud-based technologies
• Experience with GitHub and collaborative software development practices
• An interest in AI technologies and how they can improve user experiences and business productivity
• Knowledge of Azure services and integration approaches
• Experience working with dashboards, analytics or data-driven applications
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous
• An interest in AWS technologies and a willingness to learn and develop AWS skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern, responsive web applications and digital interfaces
• Create AI-powered user experiences using Microsoft AI technologies, Copilot Studio and Foundry agents
• Develop secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, APIs and Azure services
• Work with enterprise data to deliver dashboards, reporting tools and embedded analytics
• Collaborate with Power Platform specialists to create seamless user experiences across multiple technologies
• Support AI solution development, testing, documentation, user engagement and adoption
• Assist with testing new M365 Copilot capabilities, gather user feedback, and maintain guidance and training materials
• Contribute to agile delivery, code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help establish best practices and reusable components that support citizen development and AI adoption

This permanent role is in Corporate Services and has a hybrid workplace arrangement.
