Strategist, Agent Development (Norwegian Speaking)

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Customer obsession, including genuine energy for engaging with customers, understanding their businesses and needs, navigating complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to break down complex problems, identify risks early, and adapt as circumstances change.
• Technical aptitude, including comfort reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in design discussions.
• A track record of owning and delivering multiple complex, high-visibility projects and driving them to outcomes.
• Preferred: Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, or prompt engineering, and experience working closely with technical counterparts.
• Preferred: Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator, balancing craftsmanship, ownership, and speed.
• Preferred: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business is also noted.

Responsibilities:

• Own the agent development life cycle, taking agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation to launch and continuous iteration in production.
• Translate customers business goals into agents that deliver strong results, and continually tune agents based on real-world performance.
• Advise enterprise leaders, understand their business goals, and shape AI strategies to help achieve them.
• Partner with customers working teams by running sessions, troubleshooting issues, and making decisions that keep development on track for launch.
• Surface unmet customer needs and share them with research and platform teams to inform product direction.
