Technical Practice Lead

Salary: £90,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent experience working across diverse virtual teams and with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors
• Strong technical capability across multiple areas
• Prior experience creating customised solutions
• Strong skills working alongside development teams and following development standards

Responsibilities:

• Improve the delivery of bespoke customisations, integrations, and other solutions for new customers during onboarding
• Deliver minimal solutions that meet customer needs at pace, prioritising low- or no-code approaches while meeting governance and quality requirements
• Work directly with customers to understand and document their needs
• Design solutions and create bespoke integrations and customisation layers outside the core product

The role is largely remote, with a preference for someone within easy reach of the West Midlands. We offer a base salary of approximately £90,000–£95,000.
