Data Validation Specialist

Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year

Requirements:

• Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available
• Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, or another data-oriented field
• At least one year of experience in a structured, detail-focused role, such as data entry, financial operations, or data quality assurance
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with spreadsheets such as Excel, internal tools, and web-based platforms
• Effective time management and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Familiarity with financial data is a plus, but not required; ability to learn new systems and follow structured processes for data navigation and validation

Responsibilities:

• Review and compare client data across spreadsheets and platforms to identify inconsistencies or gaps
• Document and log findings in a clear, standardized format
• Work with Project Leads, who guide research and analysis and serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Prioritize and context-switch across multiple projects, seeing each through to completion
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation
