Desktop Product Owner

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience owning products or services for endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Intune, Iru, Autopilot, and VDI.
• Knowledge of device security and compliance.
• Experience with vendor governance and SLA management.
• Backlog and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable product or service ownership experience for the relevant technology.
• Experience governing third-party or managed-service delivery against SLAs.
• Relevant certifications and/or a degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to own a product or service vision, roadmap, and prioritised backlog.
• Ability to balance user experience, security, cost, and operational stability.
• Ability to hold delivery partners accountable for agreed outcomes and SLAs.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and standards for PC, Mac, mobile, and VDI management.
• Drive modern management, zero-touch provisioning, and patch compliance.
• Govern Kyndryl device operations and approve configuration changes.
• Own device security baselines in partnership with Cyber Security.
• Manage platform health, compliance, and reporting.
• Prioritise demand and continuous improvement.
• Define the service outcomes, standards, and SLAs for Kyndryl and other partners.
• Govern Kyndryl performance, manage demand and escalations, and retain accountability for the service.
• Own the service roadmap and approve partner-delivered changes before they reach production.
