Azure DevOps Engineer

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
• Experience with ARM Templates and Bicep
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong working knowledge of YAML, Git/GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Azure networking and Azure infrastructure engineering
• Experience in infrastructure design, build, and integration
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution experience
• Experience supporting HLD and LLD activities
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting Azure cloud solutions within enterprise environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for cloud technologies, DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering best practices

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, configure, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Implement infrastructure solutions from approved HLDs and contribute to LLD creation
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates and Bicep
• Manage source control and deployment processes using Git/GitHub and YAML
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, and deployment issues
• Ensure cloud environments are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices
• Collaborate with architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation
• Review code, identify technical issues, and implement fixes and enhancements
• Support cloud infrastructure integration across multiple environments
• Travel to client and project locations as required
