Control Systems Verification Engineer

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• Have held a similar Systems Verification position
• Ideally have working knowledge of ARP4754 verification objectives, verification vehicles, controls design, system architecture, software and/or hardware architecture, and software and hardware development process constraints
• Must have active SC
• Must be willing to work via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model

Responsibilities:

• Create approved requirement verification strategies that demonstrate system requirements via the most suitable verification method or methods
• Allocate control system requirements to test vehicles defined in the verification plan
• Analyse the control system for functional behaviour, which may include modelling and simulation, to demonstrate that the design meets the high-level requirements
• Execute control system tests in the test platform and document the verification evidence and system configuration used to produce the test results
• Analyse verification test results against control system requirements and provide a valid verdict
• Engage with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver the control verification work products that support system releases
