Data Product Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading adoption and deployment of data analytics tools enterprise-wide.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies such as Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in an analytical context.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Strong stakeholder and business partnering skills.
• A track record of driving data adoption and data literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for certified data products, including datasets, dashboards, semantic models, and AI-enabled features.
• Leverage data for insight generation and decision-making.
• Ensure our organisation is AI-ready by making sure AI tools only access trusted data and that quality tier is disclosed in AI outputs.
• Line manage a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and embed data products into decision-making.
• Drive data literacy and adoption across the organisation.
• Occasionally act as a business analyst, bridging the gap between non-technical and technical stakeholders.
