IT Business Systems Analyst

Salary: £37,000 - 37,000 per year

Requirements:

• Relevant previous experience in business processes
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional team environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High standards for written materials, with the ability to follow standards consistently and hold others accountable
• Ability to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Ability to support business initiatives using project management expertise
• Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the business/end users and our IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT-based solutions
• Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives
• Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Research business requirements and document relationships between application system components, including end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices
• Translate business requirements into application requirements
• Work independently with general supervision
• Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
• Serve as the conduit between business units, departments, support teams, and our IT teams through which requirements flow
• Liaise between the business, technology teams, and support teams
