AI Implementer

Salary: £50,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and implementing automation, integration, or AI solutions that deliver real business value.
• Strong experience with platforms such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Confidence working with APIs and integrating business systems.
• Competency in Python or a similar programming language.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to assess ROI before investing time in a solution.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from idea through to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Experience with Simpro, Zoho, Microsoft 365, or Xero.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform solutions.
• Experience within an SME, engineering, facilities management, or field-service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations that remove manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with teams across Estimating, Sales, Operations, Service, Accounts, and Marketing to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prioritise projects based on business value, effort required, and measurable impact.
• Leverage and optimise our existing platforms, including Simpro, Zoho, Microsoft 365, and Xero.
• Establish standards, governance, and documentation for all AI and automation solutions.
• Audit existing AI and automation tools, reducing duplication and unnecessary spend.
• Track and report business benefits including time saved, costs reduced, and capacity created.
