Senior Data & AI Architect

Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in cloud architecture across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies, including containers, Kubernetes and serverless platforms
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps and CI/CD automation
• A strong consulting background with excellent stakeholder management skills
• A solid understanding of data, analytics and AI technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience within sectors such as the UK Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications or Retail would be advantageous
• Relevant cloud certifications would be advantageous
• Candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure and cost-effective data, analytics and AI architectures
• Lead cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP environments
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, Proofs of Concept and MVPs that deliver measurable business value
• Define enterprise data and AI strategies, governance frameworks and architecture roadmaps
• Drive automation through DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver transformational outcomes
• Support business development activities, proposals and thought leadership initiatives
