Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance.
• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong commercial experience with Windows Autopilot.
• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience supporting large-scale laptop deployment and refresh projects.
• Strong L3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in endpoint engineering, with 5+ years desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in secure, customer-facing environments.
• We require active sole citizenship of one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Italy, or Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the build, configuration, and rollout of laptop devices.
• Manage and support endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Provide 3rd Line (L3) support for endpoint-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device, authentication, and configuration problems.
• Support device provisioning, enrolment, compliance, and lifecycle management activities.
• Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.

We are supporting a major endpoint deployment and support programme for Edgewing. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on laptop build, deployment, endpoint management, and advanced troubleshooting within a highly secure environment. The role is based in Reading, onsite Monday to Friday, on a 6-month contract starting ASAP, with a rate of up to £635 per day inside IR35/Umbrella.
