SAP BRIM Consultant Manager
Job Description
Salary: £36,500 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for a Masters or Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Analytical thinking to develop strategic business solutions
- Experience in business process improvement and modeling
- Effective management of customer relationship management systems
- Ability to embrace change and foster innovation in technology implementation
- Coaching and mentoring experience to enhance team performance and development
- Lead client engagements in SAP BRIM implementations, focusing on Lead to Cash transformation
- Guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud solutions
- Use SAP Subscription Billing and SAP Entitlement Management to enhance client business models
- Analyze complex business processes to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus to create positive outcomes
- Coach team members to recognize their strengths and encourage ownership of their personal development
- Develop and deploy innovative SAP solutions to address client business challenges
- Simplify complex messages and summarize key points for diverse audiences
- Uphold ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions
