D365 Supply Chain and Manufacturing Lead

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience leading a functional workstream in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations
• Experience with Supply Chain Management, including Manufacturing and/or Warehousing
• Strong client-centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience writing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams
• Ability to prototype, configure, test, and document business processes
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and training users
• Ability to transition solutions to a support team
• Interest in staying current with Microsoft innovations and sharing knowledge internally

Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops to analyse and design Supply Chain Management solutions for project workstreams
• Lead a team of functional consultants
• Define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements for each business process in the workstream
• Transform business requirements into application requirements and support the requirements traceability matrix and fit/gap analysis
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
• Prototype, configure, and test business processes
• Document system configuration and prepare project documentation deliverables
• Support key users in user acceptance testing
• Train key users and/or end users
• Transition the solution to the support team
• Stay updated on Microsofts latest innovations and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
