IT Support Engineer

Salary: £25,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2 years previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Windows environments
• Strong Microsoft Office support experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Linux exposure
• Microsoft, Cisco or related certifications

• Provide first-class technical support to users across our business
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain systems and devices
• Ensure our IT services run smoothly
• Deliver service desk support
• Carry out system administration tasks
• Provide user training
• Create and maintain documentation
• Perform proactive maintenance activities
