Vendor Onboarding Manager - Cyber Security
Job Description
Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience in IT sales, cyber security, or vendor business development.
- Strong understanding of the cyber security landscape, including vendors and routes to market.
- Experience completing RFIs, business plans, or managing vendor onboarding processes.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate strategy into structured, revenue-driving programmes.
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively across sales, marketing, finance, and external partners.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple vendor initiatives in parallel.
- Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with distribution or channel models is a strong advantage.
- Identify and onboard new cyber security vendors aligned to our strategic and commercial objectives.
- Own the end-to-end vendor onboarding lifecycle, including RFIs, due diligence, governance, and internal approvals.
- Act as the primary owner for new vendor initiatives, coordinating activity across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Build structured vendor business plans, defining routes to market, enablement requirements, and growth priorities.
- Design and implement scalable onboarding and go-to-market programmes to support long-term vendor growth.
- Enable internal teams by ensuring new vendors are clearly positioned, understood, and operationally ready.
- Track onboarding progress, programme performance, and opportunities using CRM and internal systems, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
