D365 CRM Solution Architect

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture best practices
• Experience with enterprise CRM solutions, integrations, security, and governance
• Experience designing complex integrations using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs
• Ability to lead technical delivery for scalable and high-performing solutions
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations
• Ability to mentor and coach technical teams
• Ability to stay current with Microsoft innovations and share knowledge internally

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations, ensuring alignment with our business goals and technical best practices
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define solution roadmaps and architecture blueprints
• Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for enterprise CRM solutions, integrations, security, and governance
• Design complex integrations between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring our solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Lead architecture governance and provide oversight on solution design, development, and deployment
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and client presentations
• Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Stay updated on Microsofts latest innovations and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
