Scrum Master

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Agile Project Management or proven Scrum Master experience in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting environment, with a focus on running multiple concurrent scrum teams
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks is a plus, including Kanban, Crystal, XP, and SAFe
• Scrum Master certification or hands-on Agile experience that can be described in detail
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization
• Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Business analysis and requirements management experience is a nice to have
• A solid understanding of, or hands-on experience with, software development, including mobile development, web development, or multi-tech platform implementation is a nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects for our global and growing list of clients
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and maintain costs to remain within or under budget
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Work with Product Owners to handle backlog grooming and new requests
• Facilitate internal communications and serve as the point of contact with external stakeholders
• Estimate and track project velocity and costs, develop resource plans, and assess potential issues and risks
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams to higher levels of scrum maturity
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in project delivery
• Help build a productive and enjoyable environment where team members own the product
