Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience with ADAS feature development, including specifying and facilitating feature delivery from concept to production
  • Automotive background with experience in requirements management, V-model, ASPICE, quality, and validation
  • Strong customer advocacy and communication skills, including the ability to understand and represent OEM customer needs, negotiate requirements, and align expectations
  • Technical competence and a hands-on approach, with the ability to discuss trade-offs and feasibility and participate in testing, evaluation, and validation
  • Demonstrated success shipping ADAS features into production is desirable
  • Good understanding of automotive quality and safety standards, including ASPICE, SOTIF, FuSa, and related compliance regimes is desirable
  • Experience with machine learning, LLMs, and recent generative AI methods and architectures is desirable
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
  • Proactive, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for specific ADAS functionalities and ensure on-time delivery aligned with agreed specifications
  • Monitor the feature lifecycle from concept to production and address deviations promptly
  • Collaborate with feature group owners and engineering teams to create feature specifications
  • Engage throughout feature development by providing early feedback, participating in testing, and supporting validation processes
  • Understand and represent OEM customer needs internally while aligning requirements with our objectives
  • Harmonise OEM requests across customers to maximise reusable assets and scalability
  • Serve as the central liaison between OEMs, product teams, and engineering teams for the assigned features
  • Facilitate clear communication, reduce misunderstandings, and participate in agile processes and rituals
  • Proactively identify and address risks before they escalate
  • Maintain and evolve the strategic feature roadmap as our technology advances toward higher autonomy levels
