AI Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong engineering practices and a pragmatic approach to delivering measurable outcomes
• Deep Microsoft platform expertise
• Experience working directly with clients in a hands-on, client-facing engineering role
• Ability to translate ambiguity into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions
• Knowledge of the latest Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and Power Platform services

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where agentic AI can drive meaningful value
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using the latest Microsoft technologies
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services
• Contribute to solution and technical design, ensuring alignment with security, governance, scalability, and operational standards
• Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and solution shaping sessions
• Support pre-sales activities through technical input, solution design, and proof-of-concept development
• Develop reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators that strengthen our AI and automation capabilities
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft AI technologies and contribute to internal AI & Data communities of practice
