Modern Workplace Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep Microsoft 365 experience across Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Purview, and Defender
• Proven experience delivering serverless, cloud-first solutions, including migrations, endpoint transformation, identity, and Zero Trust
• Azure knowledge covering IaaS, PaaS, networking, and AVD
• Experience within an MSP or consultancy background
• Certifications in MD-102 and AZ-104
• Customer-facing and personable, with the ability to lead stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into outcomes
• Commercial awareness around scope and change control
• Ability to own projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, delivery, and clean handover

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deliver cloud-first and serverless solutions for customers
• Personally manage project delivery and stakeholder communication
• Own projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through to delivery and handover
• Lead customer conversations and translate technical detail into business outcomes
• Support a highly technical team in a hands-on Modern Workplace Engineer role
• Contribute to transformation work with potential to grow into a Modern Work consultant

The role offers circa 60,000 plus benefits, with onsite working two days per week.
