System Integration and Qualification Lead

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Authoring specifications and plans for Integration, Verification & Qualification
• Leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and being involved in PDRs and CDRs
• Experience of integration and test of a complex system in an integration lab environment
• Experience of DOORS, Jira & Confluence
• Prior management experience in organising a team of engineers and setting and tracking daily objectives
• Experience of DOORS for system requirements and traceability of testing
• Experience of working in an Agile project environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead the P4E System Integration and Qualification team
• Manage the integration environment and coordinate testing to support delivery of the P4E product to the customer
• Develop the integration, verification and qualification strategies
• Generate traceability through DOORS from top-level system requirements into the ATD/Test Cards that contribute to release-specific evidence generation
• Create test, integration, acceptance and verification plans that feed into the SEDP
• Create integration test cards
• Create acceptance test descriptions
• Create acceptance test procedures
• Create lab-specific scripting for test execution and analysis
• Create test reports
• Record defects accurately and clearly
• Manage hardware, including radar and test equipment, ensuring demand is always met
• Support System Problem Report (SPR) analysis and fix verification
