Senior iOS Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a user-focused Senior iOS Engineer to join our engineering team.
• We need a strong understanding of the iOS SDK and its frameworks.
• We need strong Swift skills and familiarity with the latest changes.
• We need experience writing robust, testable code with a strong understanding of the testing pyramid.
• We need extensive experience shipping and iterating on apps in the App Store.
• We need someone who can take ownership and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• We value mentoring experience with junior engineers.
• We want someone with a strong product mindset who understands the value and impact of their work.
• Experience in continuous integration setup and automation is a plus.
• Contribution to open-source projects is a plus.
• Experience with backend technologies is a plus.
• Experience with The Composable Architecture and SwiftUI is a plus.
• Experience with Combine and async/await is a plus.
• Experience with E2E testing is a plus.

• We work in squads with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and Mobile engineers to develop and maintain products, services, and tools.
• We own our work in a data-driven, well-informed way.
• We contribute to an exceptional mobile team that helps people be financially better off.
• We write simple, well-tested code and deliver it in rapid iterations.
• We collaborate across functions to shape an unforgettable user experience and support related operations.
• We take ownership of our work and help mentor junior engineers.
