Senior AI Engineer

Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer with applied AI exposure.
• Hands-on Python development experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Practical experience building agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to Knowledge Graphs, such as Neo4j, RDF, graph-based enrichment, or retrieval.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, such as OpenAI or similar, including prompt design and orchestration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of next-generation AI products and services across Finance.
• Support both internal operations and external platforms.
• Build intelligent agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Take ownership of solutions end-to-end, from design and architecture through development, deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to embed Agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows into real-world products.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices.
