Service Leavers Pathway

Salary: £23,000 - 51,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least two years of military service and begun the transition process at the time of application
• Strong planning skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrable desire to learn new digital skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• SC Clearance held or eligible for SC
• Understanding of common IT delivery frameworks and methodologies
• Must be willing to do UK-based travel for projects
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must be able to attain a UK Security Clearance
• It would be beneficial to hold at least one IT-related certification such as PRINCE2, ITIL, MS Foundation certifications, AWS certifications, or APM Project Management Practitioner Qualification

Responsibilities:

• Deliver infrastructure projects
• Attend SLP dedicated tuition and certification activities
• Attend regular feedback sessions
• Fully immerse in our ways of working and culture
• Work both as part of a team and individually when needed
• Continue personal development in relation to our projects and platforms
• Support the SL Programme and wider Armed Forces community development with IT and business
